Daniel, a student at Paradise Valley Community College (PVCC), is a Criminal Justice major, passionate about serving his community. He plans to pursue a career in law enforcement upon graduating from PVCC and Arizona State University. “Thanks to my scholarship, I am one step closer to that goal,” he said.
Daniel was awarded the Jerry Baxter Memorial Scholarship which has lightened his financial burden, allowing him, he says, “ to focus more on the most important aspect of school: learning.” Because of his scholarship, Daniel feels inspired to help others achieve their goals.
